The Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights (SRHR) program aims at increasing accessibility and utilization of SRHR services among girls, women and youth in slum communities. SYRADO focuses access to family planning services, HIV/STI prevention and treatment services and menstrual hygiene management.

The organization does this through awareness raising, liasing with health centres, periodic health boot camps and joint advocacy campaigns with youth, women and other like minded actors in communities and schools.

SYRADO liases with health centres and different health actors to ensure that girls, women  and youth have access to family planning services, age appropriate SRHR information for adolescents and HIV/STI prevention and treatment services through referrals and periodic health boot camps .

SYRADO engages community based structures such as village health teams, local leaders, peer educators to mobilise and reach out beneficiaries to access SRHR services.

SYRADO also carries out menstrual hygiene and management activities in the community the teenage mothers, adolescents and young women to ensure good hygiene and diginity. SYRADO empowers them to make reusable sanitary towels and drying racks from locally available materials. SYRADO also provides sanitary pads to girls in dire need.
