The Youth and Women Economic Empowerment Initiative (YWEEI) SYRADO aims at enabling beneficiaries create employment opportunities through vocational and entrepreneurship skills enhancement. SYRADO conducts wide range of activities to build the capacity of the beneficiaries while also providing them with startup kits and capital for investment.

Moreover, beneficiaries are organized in saving and enterprise groups to enhance their life skills, leadership, learning, sharing and collective actions such as bulking, marketing and advocacy.

SYRADO provides vocational skills in Arts and crafts, Fashion and design, cosmetology, performing arts as well as visual arts (photography, videography, graphics and design)

In addition, SYRADO empowers youth with digital skills to do social media marketing, blogging, web designing and digital communication.

The organization further provides start up kits and capital to enable beneficiaries invest and create decent employment opportunities.
